Willow's survival is a bit of optimism on my part, but hey if I am not going to hope for it who will?
Honestly I went back and forth on whether Adrianna was going to be a survivor or not, before deciding Mariko was a better bet and assuming Adrianna would go off the deep end and axe somebody at some point.
Koji was another tough bet, Killer or victim. I flipped a coin and went with victim.
Taro is obvious. Though I will laugh out loud if he actually makes it to the end.
Alexia and Tamashi are probably going to be killed because they have easily applicable talents.
Nobody will go down for murder because of Root and he's probably not going to kill somebody.
Everybody that I think will survive is someone that I think won't ever have a target on their heads (Or in Root's case, the target is too large) and I doubt they will actually kill anybody.
Mostly I just trusted my instincts on this. Here's hoping they are not too far off.

These exact scenarios are unlikely to actually happen, seeing I a predict them, but the victim/killer pair is what is really important.
Chapter 1 - Victim: Koji Enomoto; Killer: Mamouro Shabots - I think that the first motive is gonna be enough to break our boxer's resolve and he will really want to get home. So, he plans to kill Koji, who nearly already killed Shiro in the prologue. Mamouro corners Koji somewhere, like the ? ? ? Room, under the pretense of getting to know each other, and talk about the room. However, Mamouro starts to chicken out when he winds up the punch to knock Koji out for an easier kill. However, Koji sees this, and reacts like he did to Monokuma, and in the end, Mamouro being the better fighter, ends up knocking Koji out. Mamouro decides its already too late and ends up taking the unconscious Koji and drowns him in the fountain.
Chapter 2 - Victim: Daisuke Iwasaki; Killer: Willow Fey - The second motive rolls around, and causes Willow to fret about getting home to save people or something like that, depending on the motive. However, Willow decides to kill someone else by luring them somewhere, like the walk of shame, but then before the person arrives, Daisuke arrives, and Willow mistakes Daisuke for the one he plans to kill, killing Daisuke on the star of the original intended target. However, Joaquin is the one who discovers all of it and is the hero of the trial this chapter.
Chapter 3 - Victim: Taro Yamada and Tamashi Kasai; Killer: Adrianna Kravenski and Ignia Brand - Normally double murders work together. But I don't think that will be the case this time around. They will be completely separate. I believe that Adrianna will go to kill Tamashi, as he was one of those who would be able to best analyze the crime scene being an analyzer. In a spin of luck, Adrianna uses fire to try to blame Ignia for Tamashi's death. Ignia, I believe will kill Taro. Seeing as Taro is the SHSL Survivor, Ignia may choose to kill him for the sheer shock value that someone was able to kill the best survivor that Hope's Peak can find, break their hope, and thus be distracted from the trial and hopefully point fingers at someone that isn't her. However, Mugen will be the hero of the trial here, the one who believes that both murders were completely separate, and not related to each other, thus, it was like two different trials, not just one.
Chapter 4 - Victim: Iocus Hilares; Killer: Iocus Hilares - They always say that the ones who make people laugh the most are the saddest. I feel like Iocus might be the suicide, and it would be reminiscent of Robin Williams, making this death hit hard. After everything, Iocus gets tired while on the outside he's completely the same. However, it is the death of Taro that really sends Iocus over the edge, as I think they could be fairly good friends at this point. I also predict the comedian to be the despair traitor and it all becomes too much for Iocus.
Chapter 5 - Victim: Mariko Nakazawa; Killer: Joaquin Johnson - Mariko in the previous chapter is found out to be the Hope traitor, the remaining people are torn between whether they believe that she is there to help them. Joaquin, believing he can weasel his way out of any sort of trial, decides to take it into his own hands and kills the traitor. However, as Alexander cares for Mariko, he makes it personal. For most of the trial everyone thinks that it was Alexander, and he's trying to defend himself for the murder of his friend. However, then Joaquin says one thing that set Alexander on his trail, and boom. It's all over.
The Final Chapter - Everyone has to discover who is behind everything. Things go around for awhile, until they finally discover the Mastermind is Nana Okabe. Everyone is shocked. She tries to deflect suspicion by laying clues with a fake conversation that someone overhears, using the voices of Alexia and Shiro to place blame on Alexia and make it look like Shiro was working with her for the whole 'sparing his life' in the prologue deal, playing it like Alexia was the MM and Shiro wasn't actually the Mathematician but a replacement as a spy for her, so he would be able to do her dirty work if she ever needed it. However, they eventually figure it out, and Nana goes into MM mode, crazy, but in the end the remaining five win, and escape Monoworld to the world in turmoil outside.
