After Ignia was done in the Mirror Maze, she walked right into the other place with the more ominous name. When she got there, the bodies of the deceased were in full display. In the case of Root and Nana, whatever was left of them.
Ignia put her tough girl persona back on and explored the dreadful place, unfazed by the smells and visuals.

There wasn't a lot to do in there. Ignia just went ahead and checked the strange substance in the vats of Shiro, Tamashi, Daisuke, Joaquin, Adrianna, Saoirse, Nana, Mamouro, Mariko, Mugen, Taro, Root, Koji and Alexia.
