This is the first time Ignia spent time with a person in privacy. That person was Alexia Takana, the Police Officer who sacrificed herself not too long ago.
In her and Mariko's memory, she explored the Café from top to bottom.

Ignia first checked the fridge, then the beverage (or whatever it was, hopefully not Nana) on the counter, then she examined the tea.
Then she saw Monokuma. "Yo, bear, what're ya up to?"
