There's only ever been one other time I've felt this nervous about something. Only one. I thought life was never going to hit that point again, but here I am. It's like this entire situation is designed to replicate all of our worst fears, and for at least two of us, that fear is death.
How could the producers let something like this happen? How could they possibly not notice what was going to happen here? They've condemned us to death.
No, I can't think like that. There's no way they could have predicted the evil bear to show up again. They tried to protect us from this. That's why they created Ai, right? They tried so hard to protect us from harm, and then this happened anyway. They couldn't stop the bear from holding the audience captive, they couldn't stop him from locking us up in here, and they couldn't prevent what might be the deaths of Nero and Valentina, despite doing everything in their power to keep us safe.
But we have to help each other. We can't just let ourselves get killed, and we can't let ourselves kill one another, but how can we do that at a time like this? Before the challenge, we could prevent a killing, but now someone has to die. If only we could figure out a way to deactivate those collars, then at least we could save two people, but then the audience... how do we save them? How do we save ourselves without killing them?

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ It was here that Shiro happened to stumble upon Liam, gaze focused completely on her notebook. In a swift movement, a pair of deep blue hues were peering curiously at Liam, her hand continuing to frantically right things down. After a moment, however, the motion of her hand came to a sudden halt. She wore a expression of intrigue, but all at the same, one that seemed almost... content, in a sense. Perhaps content wasn't the right word to describe it, but there wasn't even a trace of distress lingering in her expression. Rather, she simply gave a polite nod to Liam.
"Hi... that's all I wanted to say. Just, hi. Hi. A typical greeting. Hi. Unless you would prefer hey, or hello, or..."
For a moment, she continued to ramble on, voicing different expressions to Liam. However, it wasn't too long after that she finally addressed the issue at hand, judging by the previous events in which had made it brutally apparent. Raising a hand and rubbing her chin a little, her smile seemed to twist into that of a more serious, thoughtful look, nevertheless riddled with an almost childish aura.
"Well. What are your thoughts on our currently situation? I suppose that's what I am to ask you. Because it's pretty interesting, you know. Horrifying, I guess, but interesting."
Her voice was completely calm and composed as she voiced this, not a trace of terror or whatever typical emotion one should be feeling apparent on her face. | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone1 [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]000 words [attr="class","burstmini"]OOC TEXT - Mizo |

Liam's attention had been diverted from his thoughts to the girl with the notebook and blue eyes.
"Uh, hi to you too. You don't have to c-come up with all those different introductions. I'm not going to get mad at you for saying an introduction. I don't think anyone would."
Alright, that was a little strange. I've never seen someone give that many introductions before. I don't see why she feels the need to. It's not like I'm gonna start screaming at her for saying a greeting I don't like.
"I don't l-like the situation we're in at all. Knowing that Nero and Valentina are in danger, the audience being kidnapped, the fact that one of us could be a murderer, this entire killing game is getting to me. It's hard to put my trust in the others when so much could go wrong if I do. I definitely wouldn't call that interesting."
Shiro is definitely something else. Most of us would rather pretend this isn't happening, but she seems to view it as a mystery to solve. I guess it is a mystery, but it's one most people would rather run away from, including me.
"How do you manage to stay so calm about this? This kind of situation would affect a lot of us pretty badly, but you've managed to keep your composure since we got here. Even when Monokuma arrived, you stood your ground, and even tried to shake hands with him. That level of calm is impressive."

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ At these words, Shiro would instinctively rub her chin a bit more, seeming to be pondering over something. After a moment, she opened her notebook back up and began taking notes, nodding as he spoke. She made a few circling motions with her hand, gaze intently focused on a page of her notebook for a moment before she looked back up with but a light smile enveloping her pale face.
"I see, I see... so, next time I will give a 'hi' then. Or whatever other greeting you would prefer. It is always polite to ask people what greeting they would prefer, of course. Yep, I'm smart."
After uttering those words, she seemed to listen intently to his his, peering curiously at his facial expression and mannerisms before her gaze shifted back down to her notebook, and once more she began jotting things down. In response, she would give a simple nod of her head, seeming to have zoned out, attention completely zeroed in on her notebook. The tapping of a pen against a page was heard, beating almost rhythmically against the surface of the notebook. After awhile, however, she looked back up, gaze swiveling around the room in a rather odd fashion before panning back to him. Not an ounce of emotion betraying her typical demeanor lingered on her face. Except, perhaps if one searched far deep with the cloudy depths of her dark gaze, then they'd find a spark of... doubt, was it? Somehow, it was out of place... but certainly an interesting find nonetheless. "Well, I've never really solved a real detective case, so this will serve as a big opportunity for me. Plus, it's obviously not real. That'd just be... stupid. I mean, why would somebody want to kidnap us and blah blah... but yeah, either way, I am pretty impressive if I do say so myself. But seriously, relax, even if we find a dead body, it's not like it's actually real."
If one paid incredible attention towards her eyes, they would notice not only a sparkle of doubt amidst them, but another look of immense distrust. Although subtle, if one caught on to it they would notice that it seemed her vision was consumed with it. Thus... whether or not she was lying was uncertain. | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone1 [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]000 words [attr="class","burstmini"]OOC TEXT - Mizo |

"You've never solved a real case before? But aren't you the Ultimate Internet Sleuth? How did you get that title if you haven't solved a case?"
I haven't done too much as a knight, but at least I've done something. How do you get into a show like this without doing anything with your talent?
"N-Not real? How could any of this be not real? Did you not see what that evil bear did to Ai? She shattered and left us with a scream! Something like that couldn't possibly be fake."
Fake? How could anyone possibly believe this is fake without being in denial. Even if this really was somehow just a prank by the producers, what would they do if one of us actually...
No. None of us would actually do it, right? Of course we wouldn't. We're kids in high school, not a bunch of murderers. None of us could actually bring ourselves to end the life of another. Even if it meant ending the life of two others...
"So, what are your thoughts on the motive? I can't help but f-feel guilty for not being able to help Nero and Valentina. They're doomed unless we actually kill someone. How could we possibly get out of this terrible situation? I don't want any of us to kill each other, but I also don't want the collars to go off. You're a sleuth, right? Then you might know how to turn off those collars?"
I doubt it. There's no way the bear left us any sort of clue that would actually help, but I guess if I don't ask I'll never know.
