[attr=class, mbox] "I'll take another Sapphire Martini on the Rock." She told Cheshire while slurring her words a bit. It seems she's tipsy at the moment. A nice buzz, rather than a drunk mess that was usually associated with sitting at an island bar on a supposed vacation resort. Also, it helped that she wasn't drinking alone. She had invited Caelie, or was it the other way around? To be honest, she couldn't really recall. But, it wasn't something she'd question about until the end of time. What mattered was that they were there, drinking. Though, she did have one question on her mind. "So why were you getting all handsy on the dead hacker person? Don't play dumb and pretend you don't know what I'm talking about, I saw you do it during the trial like three times. I mean, I ain't judging, but you should be less conspicuous about it next time in case a Judge Asshat decides to make your life a living hell." With her drink lain across from her, she took a nice sip until the diamond in the drink puckered in her lips. She had it on her tongue before she grabbed it and placed it on the table. A quick gentle breeze came upon them and took a napkin and she bent over to pick it up and place it neatly back on the table, after a few seconds of trying to pinch it back up with a slight hand-eye coordination being disturbed. She then turned to Caelie, "So, what's on your mind?" | Beer and Liquer

[attr="class","box2"] “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” replied Caelie, raising her glass of martini – ordered ‘up’ – for another sip. Her own words only had the slightest hint of slurring, reflecting a buzz that was still, at the moment, only just beginning to hit.
This place had an air of calmness to it, what with sounds like the lapping of waves. It felt better than what peace was afforded on their main island for one simple reason – the lack of people, save for one Valentina Rossi. Not that Caelie felt the need to complain… too much. The two of them had some amount of similar interests, with the most apparent being social drinking.
“What’s on my mind,” said Caelie as she grabbed her phone off the bar’s counter, “is how we got here to begin with.” Unlocking it, she navigate to the camera icon. “There’s that, and also whether you’d consent to an interview of sorts?” she asked, snapping a few pictures of their surroundings – of Valentina’s drink, her own one, Cheshire, as well as the interior of this bar in a hut.
“I’ve always been fond of cameras, of recordings and journalists. It’s actually a hobby of mine.”

[attr=class, mbox] "Right." She took another sip of her order and began to take another sip of it, letting the taste buds savor the refreshing liquid before swallowing it.
She paid no mind to all the snapping of the camera lens at all, giggling when she was confessing to her little hobby. "I suppose everybody has a hobby. I don't have one much myself, except, well even I'm not that drunk to spill it." She had a slight increase in slurring during that last sentence, but quickly went back to the regular amount of slurring that was adequate for the amount of drinks she had.
"I always wanted to be interviewed and I always wanted to know why we are here; the latter was a more recent desire. But okay, I'll answer your questions, if you at least tell me your thoughts on the Excrest's corpse. I don't care much about what you thought about her as a person, because all we knew is that she didn't like being murdered by Ren and she makes a mess when dragged into a mansion randomly." She chuckled a bit before asking Cheshire for another expensive cocktail. | Skeletal Remains

Caelie sighed.
“Rossi. Are you unable to be convinced that I don’t care much for that girl’s corpse? Why would I? It’s such a dreadful thing.”
Frowning, she turned her attention back to her drink and raised it to her lips. Normally, instead of downing it in a pace as fast as Valentina’s, she took her time with it by taking frequent, small sips. But, well, appearances should be kept up, and so she decided to finish off the little that was left.
“Cheshire, whiskey on the rocks please,” she asked in a tone somewhat curt as she looked down at her phone, switching the camera’s mode to video. Following that, she directed it at Valentina.
“How are you able to talk so casually about such a morbid topic? An aerotherapist doesn’t normally deal with death, do they?”

[attr=class, mbox] Valentina also turned to Caelie when the question was asked. "Morbid topics? It's true that an aromatherapist typically doesn't deal with the dead, but I had my fair shares. You're not the only one who can keep a secret here. One of us is plotting to kill at this very moment. And they are keeping that secret from the rest of the group. We'll all have to go to the tribal council, most likely, and solve the murder while eating s'mores. Do you like s'mores? I find them a little fattening and too gooey myself." She also had another sip of her drink, seemingly due to some sort of high tolerance. "But I will say, my dearest Caelie, that a secret for a secret is necessary if you want the truth of me. Now, if you have more questions regarding how we got here or less personal interview questions, then I'll be happy to allow this to continue. If not, I still wish for this to continue. You make for lovely company, I might add." She laughed again while taking another sip. | The Secret of the Heart

*Accepting her choice of poison from Cheshire, Caelie took a small sip.*
"A secret for a secret, huh? How about you tell me why exactly you don't believe that it was an accident?" she asked, her tone turning slightly more serious. Even with that though, she couldn't help but let out a small grin. It was the alcohol, but... Caelie felt it fine to take the risk with someone like Valentina. Not because the girl was dumb enough to be fooled, but rather, because of the excitement that such an idea brings. A degree of danger brought with it a similar, if not more, degree of thrill too, and she's been guilty of such acts in the past as well.
Positioning her phone against an empty glass to continue recording Valentina, Caelie took another sip, this one slightly larger than before. It's been too long since she's had a drink like this, far too long.

[attr=class, mbox] She leaned into Caelie while fondling her glass in her hand. Her eyes stared directly into hers. But it wasn't a stare of some malice, but of complete intrigue. "When the Excrest's body fell down from the ceiling, you didn't pull away from her cold, soft flesh. Then, throughout the rest of your trial. Your eyes darted from the trial to the corpse. A plaything, perhaps? I don't know what kind of plaything to be honest. It could be a plaything to practice your detective work. Muse for your works. But, and here's where my gut tends to lean towards, your plaything of lust and desire. Maybe a bit of jealousy? Excrest, now deceased, almost upholds a certain exotic thrill for you. You confess what sort of thrill, and I'll share where my morbid curiosity originated. Don't you desire to know? Doesn't that intuition and curiosity of yours yearn to know my secret? Don't you feel like I'm hiding something major? Doesn't it feel like I am a particularly interesting person? Hmmm..." She smiled coyly as her free hand inched ever so closely to Caelie's. | ??

Damn, this girl wasn’t anything if not relentless. This was risky ground that Valentina decided to tread on – risky for the both of them, but more so for Valentina than it was for Caelie. While sure, crimes of passion wasn’t something Caelie could see herself doing here, the fact that such a perceptive individual was… or might be onto something…
“Detective work, a foreign sight, who knows,” responded Caelie. “There’s no sexual attraction, mind you. That’s awfully unsanitary, not to mention extremely disgusting.”
She noticed Valentina’s hand inch closer to hers, but she didn’t pull away. Let the girl have her fun, Caelie decided. Why not.
“To be exact, the thrill that I got was one of… curiosity. Apologies if it’s an unsatisfactory response, but that’s really just it.”
And now, for Valentina’s turn. A small gamble had just been taken, and not it was time to see if it would pay off.

[attr=class, mbox] Valentina sighed. "Well, a girl can dream, can't she?" She smiled and let her hand go back away from Caelie to her drink. "I'm not one to go back on a word. A deal is a deal. The reason I am so 'chillax' with morbid topics is because I've seen them all the time. My mother killed them, rather gruesomely, right in front of me in the name of Junko Enoshima. My mother was an Ultimate Despair. When your raised in that kind of environment, something like this is rather dull compared to what I had to deal with. So, even if you told me flat out that you loved to fondle corpses, I wouldn't care. I witnessed the death of my mother at the hands of the Future Foundation. A little necrophilia ain't going to make me queasy." She chuckled and had this demeanor like she just told what happened on a rather dull, but still fun, weekend. "And before any eavesdroppers that might be nearby start to worry, I am not Despair myself. Do you really think they'd let me near this place?" She took another sip of her drink.
