It was horribly depressing when the body of someone you once knew would be a closed casket, or in this case, no casket at all. But considering the beach was rather large for two very traumatized individuals an emotionally dulled android performing an autopsy, it seemed in their best interest to take a better look.
This would be easier, of course, with the weather finally cleared. Last time, it was absurd. Probably could have killed him if he wasn't in such an open area... Yes. He had a selfish motive for investigating this area. One that he'd bear the idea of looking at dead bodies for. This was a silent, desperate excuse to try and find his ring. If that was even possible. It was tiny, compared to the vast beach and vaster ocean. But he had to try.
"Uh... Holler if you see anything guys." He was soft spoken for once. | |

Nero smiled as he put the... bodies... of his friends in the back of his mind for a moment. Right now, it was his job to help Yuichi. He lost his ring, so it was his job to help him find it. And if they found some evidence along the way, it couldn't hurt.
"Very well Yuichi, I shall endeavor to bring you your ring as soon as I can!." smiled Nero as he looked through the sand. It wouldn't be that hard to look for a glistening metallic object... right? If only he brought his metal detector with him for the Show... Nero the Detective Baker

Who doesn't love a beach episode? Ah, if things weren't so bad, the memories that could be be made. But, since you're here...
What's that in the distance? Is something amiss with the beach stand?
Why is Monokuma here? The sight of the bear may fill you with dread, but in this one specific instance, maybe you should hear what he has to say.
If you look close, you can see where the boats are kept. Maybe you could check those out.
Over there are the dead bodies of your (now) former castmates, and beside them is an angsty robot. Could Koneko have learned anything about the bodies?

► Yuichiro Yuuki 108 | Right... While he would prefer to stay away from the body and chase leads that may reveal more about the murder and his ring, something was grabbing his attention by the collar of it's metaphorical shirt. A lump formed in his throat as he approached the monochrome bear.
"Uncommon to see you around during a murder investigation. What's the deal, Monokuma?" His eyes did not hide the contempt he held for this thing, but he did ask calmly. Instead of cussing the bear out or cursing the Mastermind. So that was a plus. Anything to reveal more about the investigation, he supposed.
In short, Yuichiro begrudgingly confronted Monokuma! | |

Nero stopped for a moment as he looked around. There was more than enough places to investigate, but for now it would be smart to divide up the work, so they could investigate other places. For now, it would be wise to ask Koneko about the bodies. Who knows what they would show...
"Excuse me Koneko, can you tell me about the bodies?" questioned Nero as he looked at the Ultimate... Therapist.

After listening to the autopsy, Nero decided it would be wise to look at the boats. Maybe it was possible that the two were connected, and it seemed that Yuichi was still busy with... Monokuma.
"What do we have here..." questioned Nero as he walked over to the boats, with a curious look on his face. Perhaps this murder would become less of a mystery the more they looked.

While he wouldn't call it evidence, per-se, what Monokuma said seemed relevant in some way, even if he couldn't make the connection in his mind yet. The bear probably had a reason for sharing that trivia, right?
Pinning that thought for later, he saw Nero heading towards the boats. While he he thought of going to the boats as well, the singer had a fair amount of trust for Nero and decided it would be better to cover more ground. And one thing in particular caught his eye.

| The boy had many questions. Why was he here, why was he still breathing? How come the fact that was doing outside activities didn't kill him yet? Now he was at a beach a place he usually wouldn't dare to step foot to.
"Of fucking course, I have to investigate all this 'cause some dumbass felt like dying."
He definitely couldn't care less about any of the deaths as long as he never had to see the blood or get even close to that he'd be fine. Although he did feel like dying as the sand sunk in at the weight of his shoes...what if he stepped on quicksand and could die any damn moment?! The beach was full of dangers, he hated them all. Why in god's name did they drag him in here? He just wanted to stay in his room and laze around like a normal human being but here he was walking around the beach like a newborn deer which was trying out his first steps. Checking the ground intensely as he expected any death traps set by mother nature at any second. Nothing happened. Still rather stiff he picked up several towels reading them.
"Which one of you cunts is Liam, again?" Did Liam even exist ?? So he yelled his question disregarding his foul language. Gorou had no idea and checked out some of the surf boards giving some little hints of boyish curiosity. Was he even intending on helping out?!
