[attr="class","les"]Sitting at a table with the most pessimistic expression was a bored Mayumi. This entire cafeteria was… garbage. Everything about it disgusted Mayumi as an artist; the aesthetics were wonky, the setup was unpleasing, and the numerous clowns didn't help with the atmosphere at all. One of the balloons at the table brushed against her hair, she would have popped it had she brung a pen, but interfering with property was against the rules. It slowly slid off of her head, making parts of her hair stand up do to the static electricity. She put her elbow on the table and rested her head in her hand, sighing.
She didn't even know why she was here, she wasn't even eating anything. Maybe she wanted to settle down here and get her mind off of things, but why this location? So far Liam's experiences with their new living situation had been terrible. He had witnessed Koneko die, and soon be replaced by someone else being forced into the same situation as the rest of them were in, and now they all had to live in a for the next period of time. At least things couldn't get any worse.
Well, that's what Liam was thinking before he stepped into a room straight out of the imagination of a madman. He was normally okay with clowns, they never really seemed to bother him much, but that was before he had walked into a room where they were plastered everywhere. As he walked further into the room, feeling as if he was being glared at by everyone clown pair of eyes in the room, he spotted Mayumi.
They had only really talked in the room they had all met at before walking into the nightmare their life now was and in the trials, but she seemed sort of friendly enough. Definitely better than Valentina. She had flipped him off after the first trial, but surely they had to be on better terms now? Right?
Either way, he needed some way to distract himself from all of the clowns. He made his way over to where she was sitting and took a seat near her. For a few awkward moments there was silence from Liam, but eventually he spoke up and said something.
"S-So... this r-room is pretty creepy, r-right?"

[attr="class","les"]When Liam sat next to her, she got kind of nervous. Liam's been through a lot during this game and she wanted to say something to him. Ever since the time they first met she's been pretty standoffish towards him, but at this point in time she felt concern instead of loathing. The problem however, was that she had no clue what to tell him.
Thankfully Liam's awkward silence gave her enough time to formulate a sentence, but she was interrupted by him when she was just about to ask it. The question itself was that of small talk, which Mayumi despised. Then again it was better than nothing.
"Not necessarily creepy per se, just fucking annoying. The whole aesthetic of it is just… awful."
She slumped into her chair, already feeling emotionally drained.
