It was already past midnight. But i couldnt put myself to sleep.
I decide to take a walk. With a notebook in hand and a pen in another, i take notes about the park: where the cameras are poitend, the best hidings spots... i realy think i will never have to put a use on it, but you never know.
It is as i come close to the caslte i start to hear footsteps.

Taro was eating an apple as he walked into the Magic Castle. Despite everything going on, the castle did look beautiful. It was a peaceful place to collect his thoughts. Unlike most others here with him, the thought of the corpse being there was not out of the ordinary and had to live with more corpses than he really should have.
He came across someone in a purple suit, remembering that he forgot his name earlier. All he could remember about him was that he was some sort of smartie in the legal system. He decided that making him a friend was probably his only source of reality. A break from Monokuma and his known eccentricities.
"Hey. Sorry, but I forgot your name. Mine's Taro Yamada, in case you forgot mine too. Though with me being some sort of douche and giving a massive speech will make it hard to forget me. Sorry about that again."

-Ha ha. Dont worry. Tought i guess the situation was frustrating enough without you pouring water into our faces.
I give him a small smile, tinking what should i do about him. He doenst look like a bad person. And we are already close to the rooms. If anything happened, a scream sure would draw attetion. Folding my blazer before tossing into my shoulders and pulling my shirt above my elbows, i decid to do small talk.
-So, i cant sleep right now. What is your excuse?

Alexia felt a bit dazed. She felt as though there was a huge weight on her mind. So, naturally, Alexia could not fall asleep. She decided to just leave for a little walk, to possibly clear her mind off some things. So she planned her path, and left her dormitory.
On the way down the steps of the magic castle, however, she heard voices. She could make out one voice, that being Taro Yamada's but the second she could not quite make out.
That was then she thought it might have been a new student... So she did something highly irrational. She hid behind one of the pillars and attempted to eavsdrop their conversation.

Odd. The purple man just seems to have forgotten to give his name. Taro understands why it's easy for him to simply forgive others that forget his name when, in fact, he doesn't reveal it in the first place.
"I've been in situations that made it impossible for a regular 8 hours, so my body adapted to a 3 hour sleep cycle. It leaves me a lot of time that I wish I didn't have, to be frank, but it's a good time to explore. I just came to the castle because I thought the castle was a nice ambiance for some thinking. Anyways, what are you up to?" Taro glanced at purple's notebook. He took another bite of his apple, being thankful that he remembered to hoard a whole bunch of them in his room before the cafe closed.

"Well, i couldnt sleep. Funny, only now the adrenalin of the situation kicks in i guess." I close the notebook, dont wanting to give him the wrong impression.
"Only 3 hours, eh? So, do you want to head inside or take a walk to somewhere else?"

"Joaquin... Eh?" She whispered to herself. "A lawer..." She thought that he may be useful to her. She just needed to speak to him. But...
Alexia's footing then slipped. "Ah! S-Shit...!" She whispered to herself, still trying to hide herself. Surely they did not hear that...

Just then, Taro heard a noise and glanced over to a cop.
"You know, wire-tapping makes these kinds of situations obsolete."
He motioned her with his head towards Joaquin. "We're just chatting about life just now. Come on and join us."
Taro then realized that his conversational partner might not agree with this suggestion. He faced towards Joaquin and said "You are okay with her joining us, right?"

Looking to the girl in police uniform, he couldnt refrain to fell simpaty: both of them work on something that no one in their age should do, but yet, there they are.
"Tought eardroping inst exactly illegal, without a warrant all off it wouldnt be acepted as a evidence... but we arent doing anything wrong. You are... Alexia, Right?" I extend my hand to her.

Her name is Alexia, huh? Taro is starting to regret ditching the rest of the group earlier to go exploring. The only guys he knows here besides these two are Root, Shiro and Koji. And if it wasn't for Monokuma, he'd probably have no idea about Koji.
"Anyways, you've probably remember me before at the fountain, giving my huge speech. I would introduce myself and my other insomniatic friend, but I feel like you already know all about us. So tell us something about you."
More importantly, Taro was curious about Alexia's motivation for coming over and spying on us. He reasoned that she just bumped into them and just decided to spy, but there is a chance she was following one of them to begin with...

She didn't want to be found out. But it was definitely for the best that she revealed herself... But for the first time, in a very long time...
Alexia was afraid.
To be more specific, Alexia was afraid of Taro more then anyone else. She had no idea why. But, she assumed it was because of his talent... "Ultimate survivor". There was something about that title that just felt... Wrong. And this was the problem. He was unpredictable, and this was a first for Alexia. But she had to stay strong. Surely it wasn't a problem.
"Fine... Ya got me" she walked out with her hands up. "And yes, I am Alexia Takana... Sorry 'bout that, I was just passing by until I heard you guys talking." She said calmy "It is a pleasure to meet you..." She extended her arm as if to shake their hands.
